I can only list you the best restaurant that I know of where they do wedding occasion. If you're not on tight budget, I would suggest that you visit Tepak Sireh Restaurant. It's very well known. Nice place with a very warm and cozy environment. Second would be Lagun Sari Restaurant. If you're on budget, I suggest that you order a catering. Its cheaper. Best location, is Fort Canning, the building next to Battlebox. There’s different price for all dishes that you want.
