Why Singapore? There are many strict regulations here with regard to people handling food. They have to go for regular check-ups to ensure that they are healthy and do not on on any disease. Next there are spot checks on establishments to check on environment, food keeping, preparation and overall hygiene. Next food samples are taken randomly to test for germ content.

Fact is, a number of Singaporeans fall sick when eating overseas because ifood here is much cleaner than any country elsewhere! This is no joke. So usually the savvy travellers carry stomache upset medicine when travelling.

So, tell your friend that he had used a poor example to tell you. Maybe you should check on China and Hong Kong instead. Or even Papua New Guinea.

Why would anyone want to do it? Chicken are relatively cheap. It just doesn’t make sense to go through the hassle of digging the coffins for it. Stealing from hospitals will make more sense.

I am pretty sure your frenz are shitting you, although there were cases of cannabolism in curry incidents.
Firstly, human meet taste different from chicken just as chicken taste different from pork and beef.
Secondly, eating decomposed meat (and it doesn’t even need to be human) will have a high tendency to result in botulism. So if they even try, we would have seen such things reported in the press.
And botulism in meat is not destroyed in meat because even if u kill the bacteria, the toxin is stable enough to withstand heat.
Anyway, when you eat out, you are putting your trust in the hawkers. So if the hawker doesn’t look like he cares about maintaing his business, don’t eat there.
There are worse things to worry like someone with tuberculosis and hepatitis handlign ur food, because these are real enough.
